Tried to charge me for my 1 checked bag despite having already bought a seat upgrade (which included 1 checked bag!)
Flight from LAX to SFO delayed, so I missed my SFO to JFK flight
SFO agent deleted my itinerary, changed my bag check #, and gave the seat upgrade I paid for to someone else (congrats Ingrid L!)
